Enable SW

This project involved extensive rennovations and additions to the existing Tarooki Lodge into offices for Enable SW. The rennovations included extensive removal of asbestos materials, restumping the existing floor and complete removal of existing finishes. The final building includes 15 offices, training and meeting rooms and amenities. A new carpark and associated external works were also part of the contract.

Mulgara House

The two-level tilt panel office building was constructed in 6 months. The project was co-ordinated to cause minimum disruptions to the existing occupied buildings on adjacent boundaries.

Ommanney on Victoria

The 3 level office and retail complex was built in the Bunbury CBD. The tilt panel building occupies all four boundaries of the site. Tilt panels were cast on site. The site restrictions of an inner city development were overcome including protecting vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Site co-ordination was vital in the success of this project.
