JEM Trucks Workshop
Partial demolition of the existing workshop and office and construction of a new portal framed workshop and extension to the offices. An underground service pit was incorporated to the workshop slab along with brake testing units.

Albert Road Showrooms
Two separate tilt panel warehouse buildings were constructied with a combined floor area of over 1000sqm. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Copper Kettle Additions
Extensive alterations and additions were carried out to the existing retail building. The project also consisted of various external work which was carried out with minimal interruption to the existing shopping centre and the public.

Blair Street Commercial Units
The existing structure was expanded considerably to increase retail space. Site constraints that were overcome included busy access and existing tenants that were able to continue trading throughout construction.

Civilcon were contracted to build a new showroom and workshop facility for Bunbury Honda & Kia. The tilt panel building received awards for Excellence in Tilt-up Construction, Best Steel Building and Best Commercial Building.
