This project involved extensive alterations and additions to an existing building near the Grammar School campus.
The work consisted of the addition of a single storey, 1000m2 early childhood centre and alterations to the existing building. New carparks and access roads were also installed as part of the contract.
The work was completed in three stages to provide early possession to the school.
